About Us

Associated Endocrinologists, P.C. is a consultative practice in the field of endocrinology. We specialize in disorders of the thyroid, parathyroid, pituitary, adrenal glands, osteoporosis, and diabetes.

Started over 40 years ago, Associated Endocrinologists is one of the largest and highest volume endocrine practices in the Midwest. Our physicians are all Board Certified in Endocrinology and Metabolism, having completed endocrinology fellowships at the University of Michigan, Northwestern, University of Illinois, Eastern Virginia Medical School, Henry Ford Hospital, and Wayne State University, and are recognized annually as Endocrinology “Top Docs” in Detroit’s Hour magazine.

We perform on-site thyroid ultrasound, thyroid biopsies, thyroid radiofrequency ablation, professional continuous glucose monitors (CGM), instant HbA1c testing, and almost all laboratory testing. We also are certified to perform nuclear medicine studies through Beaumont hospital including thyroid scans and uptakes, radioactive iodine therapy, parathyroid scans, and bone density testing (DXA).

Ewa Gniado, M.D.

Dr. Gniado received her Doctor of Medicine from Medical University of Gdansk in Poland in 2012

Dr. Gniado completed her residency at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, MI and her fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism at University of Cincinnati Medical Center, Cincinnati, OH. .Dr. Gniado is dual certified as a Diplomate of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism in 2019, and as a Diplomate of Internal Medicine after earning her Board Certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine in 2017.

Dr. Gniado practices general endocrinology. With special interest in thyroid, parathyroid, pituitary, adrenal disorders, and osteoporosis.
